Luke 21:25-33

25“There will be 1signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, 26people fainting from fear and the expectation of the things that are coming upon the 2world; for the powers of 3the heavens will be shaken. 27And 4then they will see 5the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because 6your redemption is drawing near.”

29And He told them a parable: “Look at the fig tree and all the trees: 30as soon as they put forth leaves, you see for yourselves and 7know that summer is now near. 31So you too, when you see these things happening, 8recognize that 9the kingdom of God is near. 32Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place. 3310Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.
