John 6:34-40

34Then they said to Him, “Lord, always 1give us this bread.”

35Jesus said to them, “2I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry, and the one who believes in Me 3will never be thirsty. 36But 4I said to you that you have indeed seen Me, and yet you do not believe. 375Everything that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I certainly will not cast out. 38For 6I have come down from heaven, 7not to do My own will, but 8the will of Him who 9sent Me. 39And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that of 10everything that He has given Me I will 11lose nothing, but will 12raise it up on the last day. 40For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who 13sees the Son and 14believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will 15raise him up on the last day.”
