John 5:24-29

24“Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and 1believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and 2does not come into judgment, but has 3passed out of death into life. 25Truly, truly, I say to you, 4 5a time is coming and 6even now has arrived, when 7the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who 8hear will live. 26For just as the Father has life in Himself, so He 9gave to the Son also to have life in Himself; 27and He gave Him authority to 10execute judgment, because He is 11the Son of Man. 28Do not be amazed at this; for 12 13a time is coming when 14all who are in the tombs will hear His voice, 29and will come out: 15those who did the good deeds to a resurrection of life, those who committed the bad deeds to a resurrection of judgment.
