John 4:22-26
221You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, because 2salvation is from the Jews. 23But 34a time is coming, and 5even now has arrived, when the true worshipers will worship the Father 6in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be 7His worshipers. 24God is 8spirit, and those who worship Him must worship 9in spirit and truth.” 25The woman said to Him, “I know that 10Messiah is coming (11He who is called Christ); when that One comes, He will declare all things to us.” 26Jesus said to her, “12I am He, the One speaking to you.”
