John 4:20-24
201Our fathers worshiped on 2this mountain, and yet you Jews say that 3in Jerusalem is the place where one must worship.”
21Jesus said to her, “Believe Me, woman, that 45a time is coming when you will worship the Father 6neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.
227You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, because 8salvation is from the Jews.
23But 910a time is coming, and 11even now has arrived, when the true worshipers will worship the Father 12in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be 13His worshipers.
24God is 14spirit, and those who worship Him must worship 15in spirit and truth.”
