John 17:5-11

5And now You, Father, 1glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had 2with You before the world existed.

6“3I have revealed Your name to the men whom 4You gave Me out of the world; they were 5Yours and You gave them to Me, and they have 6followed Your word. 7Now they have come to know that everything which You have given Me is from You; 8for 7the words which You gave Me 8I have given to them; and they received them and truly understood that 9I came forth from You, and they believed that 10You sent Me. 9 11I ask on their behalf; 12I do not ask on behalf of the world, but on the behalf of those whom 13You have given Me, because 14they are Yours; 10and 15all things that are Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine; and I have been glorified in them. 11I am no longer going to be in the world; and yet 16they themselves are in the world, and 17I am coming to You. 18Holy Father, keep them in Your name, the name 19which You have given Me, so that 20they may be one just as We are.
