John 17:3-8

3And this is eternal life, that they may know You, 1the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom 2You have sent. 4 3I glorified You on the earth 4 5by accomplishing the work which You have given Me to do. 5And now You, Father, 6glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had 7with You before the world existed.

6“8I have revealed Your name to the men whom 9You gave Me out of the world; they were 10Yours and You gave them to Me, and they have 11followed Your word. 7Now they have come to know that everything which You have given Me is from You; 8for 12the words which You gave Me 13I have given to them; and they received them and truly understood that 14I came forth from You, and they believed that 15You sent Me.
