John 14:21-31

21 1The one who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and 2the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will 3reveal Myself to him.” 22 4Judas (not Iscariot) said to Him, “Lord, what has happened 5that You are going to reveal Yourself to us and not to the world?” 23Jesus answered and said to him, “6If anyone loves Me, he will 7follow My word; and 8My Father will love him, and We 9will come to him and make Our dwelling with him. 24The one who does not love Me 10does not follow My words; and 11the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.

25“These things I have spoken to you while remaining with you. 26But the 12Helper, the Holy Spirit 13whom the Father will send in My name, 14He will teach you all things, and 15remind you of all that I said to you. 27 16Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. 17 18Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor 19fearful. 28 20You heard that I said to you, ‘I am going away, and 21I am coming to you.’ If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced 22because 23I am going to the Father, for 24the Father is greater than I. 29And now 25I have told you before it happens, so that when it happens, you may believe. 30I will not speak much more with you, for 26the ruler of the world is coming, and he has 27nothing in regard to Me, 31but so that the world may know that I love the Father, 28I do exactly as 29the Father commanded Me.
