John 10:33-36
The Jews answered Him, “We are not stoning You for a good work, but for 1blasphemy; and because You, being a man, 2make Yourself out to be God.”
Jesus answered them, “Has it not been written in 3your 4Law: ‘5I said, you are gods’?
If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be nullified),
are you saying of Him whom the Father 6sanctified and 7sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘8I am the Son of God’?
