John 1:10-18
10He was in the world, and 1the world came into being through Him, and yet the world did not 2know Him. 11He came to His 3own, and His own people did not 4accept Him. 12But 5as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become 6children of God, 7to those who 8believe in His name, 139who were 10born, not of 11blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of a man, but of God.
14And 12the Word 13became flesh, and 14dwelt among us; and 15we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of 16grace and 17truth. 15John 18testified about Him and called out, saying, “This was He of whom I said, ‘19He who is coming after me has proved to be 20my superior, 21because He existed before me.’” 16For of His 22fullness 23we have all received, and 24grace upon grace. 17For 25the Law was given through Moses; 26grace and 27truth 28were realized through Jesus Christ. 1829No one has seen God at any time; 30God the only Son, who is 31in the 32arms of the Father, 33He has 34explained Him.
