Job 16:12-17
12I was at ease, but 1He shattered me, And He has grasped me by my neck and shaken me to pieces; He has also set me up as His 2target.13His 3arrows surround me. He splits my kidneys open without mercy; He pours out 4my bile on the ground.14He 5breaks through me with breach after breach; He 6runs at me like a warrior.15I have sewed 7sackcloth over my skin, And 8thrust my horn in the dust.16My face is flushed from 9weeping, 10And deep darkness is on my eyelids,17Although there is no 11violence in my hands, And 12my prayer is pure.
