Job 12:22-25

22He 1reveals mysteries from the darkness, And brings the deep darkness into light.23He 2makes the nations great, then destroys them; He 3enlarges the nations, then leads them away.24He 4deprives the leaders of the earth’s people of 5intelligence And makes them wander in a pathless wasteland.25They 6grope in darkness with no light, And He makes them 7stagger like a drunken person.
