Job 12:13-25
13“1Wisdom and 2might are with Him; Advice and 3understanding belong to Him.14Behold, He 4tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He 56imprisons a person, and 7there is no release.15Behold, He 8restrains the waters, and they dry up; And He 9sends them out, and they 10inundate the earth.16Strength and sound wisdom are with Him. One who 11goes astray and one who leads astray belong to Him.17He makes 12advisers walk 13barefoot And makes fools of 14judges.18He 15undoes the binding of kings, And ties a loincloth around their waist.19He makes priests walk 16barefoot, And overthrows 17the secure ones.20He deprives the trusted ones of speech, And 18takes away the discernment of the elders.21He 19pours contempt on nobles, And 20loosens the belt of the strong.22He 21reveals mysteries from the darkness, And brings the deep darkness into light.23He 22makes the nations great, then destroys them; He 23enlarges the nations, then leads them away.24He 24deprives the leaders of the earth’s people of 25intelligence And makes them wander in a pathless wasteland.25They 26grope in darkness with no light, And He makes them 27stagger like a drunken person.
