Ecclesiastes 8:11-13
11Because the 1sentence against an evil deed is not executed quickly, therefore 2the hearts of the sons of mankind among them are 3fully given to do evil. 12Although a sinner does evil a hundred times and may 4lengthen his life, still I know that it will go 5well for those who fear God, who fear 6Him openly. 13But it will 7not go well for the evil person and he will not lengthen his days like a 8shadow, because he does not fear God.
