Deuteronomy 30:12-14
12It is not in heaven, 1that you could say, ‘2Who will go up to heaven for us and get it for us, and proclaim it to us, so that we may 3follow it?’ 13Nor is it beyond the sea, 4that you could say, ‘Who will cross the sea for us and get it for us and proclaim it to us, so that we may 5follow it?’ 14On the contrary, the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may 6follow it.
