11and you, 1the Levite, and the stranger who is among you shall 2rejoice in all the good which the Lord your God has given you and your household.
12“3When you have finished paying all the tithe of your produce in the third year, the year of the tithe, then you shall give it to the Levite, to the stranger, to the 4orphan, and to the widow, so that they may eat in your 5towns and be satisfied. 13And you shall say before the Lord your God, ‘I have removed the sacred portion from my house, and have also given it to the Levite, the stranger, the 6orphan, and the widow, in accordance with all Your commandments which You have commanded me; 7I have not violated or forgotten any of Your commandments.
