Deuteronomy 2:32-36
“Then Sihon came out 1with all his people to meet us in battle at Jahaz.
And 2the Lord our God turned him over 3to us, and we 45defeated him with his sons and all his people.
So we captured all his cities at that time and 67utterly destroyed 8the men, women, and children of every city. We left no survivor.
We took 9only the animals as our plunder, and the spoils of the cities which we had captured.
From 10Aroer which is on the edge of the 11Valley of Arnon and from the city which is in the 12valley, even to Gilead, there was no city that was too 13high for us; the Lord our God turned it all over 14to us.
