Daniel 8:10-13

It grew up to the heavenly 1lights, and some of the 2lights, 3that is, some of the 4stars it threw down to the earth, and it 5trampled them.

It even 6exalted itself 7to be equal with the 8Commander of the army; and it removed the 9regular sacrifice from Him, and the place of His sanctuary was overthrown.

And because of 10an offense the army will be given to the horn along with the regular sacrifice; and it will 11hurl truth to the ground and do as it pleases and be successful.

Then I heard a 12holy one speaking, and another holy one said to that particular one who was speaking, “13How long will the vision about the regular sacrifice apply, 14while the offense causes horror, so as to allow both the sanctuary and the army 15to be 16trampled?”
