Acts 8:36-40

As they went along the road they came to some water; and the eunuch said, “Look! Water! 1What prevents me from being baptized?”2

And he ordered that the 3chariot stop; and they both went down into the water, Philip as well as the eunuch, and he baptized him.

When they came up out of the water, 4the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, 5but went on his way rejoicing.

But Philip 6found himself at 78Azotus, and as he passed through he 9kept preaching the gospel to all the cities, until he came to 10Caesarea.
