Acts 8:26-29
But 1an angel of the Lord spoke to 2Philip, saying, “Get ready and go 3south to the road that descends from Jerusalem to 4Gaza.” (5This is a desert road.)
So he got ready and went; and 67there was an Ethiopian eunuch, a court official of 8Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasure; and he 9had come to Jerusalem to worship,
and he was returning and sitting in his 10chariot, and was reading Isaiah the prophet.
Then 11the Spirit said to Philip, “Go up and join this 12chariot.”
