3 John 1:2-8

2Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. 3For I 1was overjoyed when 2brothers came and testified to your truth, that is, how you 3are walking in truth. 4I have no greater joy than 4this, to hear of 5my children 6walking in the truth.

5Beloved, you are acting faithfully in whatever you accomplish for the 7brothers and sisters, and 8especially when they are 9strangers; 6and they have testified to your love before the church. You will do well to 10 11send them on their way in a manner 12worthy of God. 7For they went out for the sake of 13the Name, 14accepting nothing from the Gentiles. 8Therefore we ought to 15support such people, so that we may 16prove to be fellow workers 17with the truth.
