2 Samuel 9:5-7
5Then King David sent 1messengers who brought him from the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, from Lo-debar.
62Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan the son of Saul, came to David and 3fell on his face and prostrated himself. And David said, “Mephibosheth.” And he said, “Here is your servant!”
7Then David said to him, “Do not be afraid, for 4I will assuredly show kindness to you for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I 5will restore to you all the 6land of your 7grandfather Saul; and 8you yourself shall 9eat at my table regularly.”
