2 Kings 8:11-12
11And he 1stared steadily at him 2until Hazael was embarrassed, and then 3the man of God wept.
12And Hazael said, “Why is my lord weeping?” And he 4answered, “Because 5I know the evil that you will do to the sons of Israel: you will set their fortified cities on fire, you will kill their young men with the sword, their little ones you 6will smash to pieces, and you will rip up their pregnant women.”
