2 Chronicles 32:24-26
241In those days Hezekiah became 2mortally ill; and he prayed to the Lord, and 3the Lord spoke to him and gave him a sign. 25But Hezekiah did nothing in return for the benefit 4he received, 5because his heart was 6proud; 7therefore wrath came upon him and upon Judah and Jerusalem. 26However, 8Hezekiah 9humbled the pride of his heart, both he and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the wrath of the Lord did not come on them in the days of Hezekiah.
