Kings 9:15-19

Now this is the account of the forced labor which King Solomon 1conscripted to build the house of the Lord, his own house, the 23Millo, the wall of Jerusalem, 4Hazor, 5Megiddo, and 6Gezer.

For Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up and overthrown Gezer and burned it with fire, and killed the 7Canaanites who lived in the city; and he had 8given it as a dowry to his daughter, Solomon’s wife.

So Solomon rebuilt Gezer and the lower 9Beth-horon,

and 10Baalath and Tamar in the wilderness, in the land of Judah,

and all the storage cities which Solomon had, that is, 11the cities for 12his chariots and the cities for 1314his horsemen, and 1516everything that it pleased Solomon to build in Jerusalem, in Lebanon, and in all the land 17under his rule.
