1 Kings 14:22-24

22And the people of 1Judah did evil in the sight of the Lord, and they 2provoked Him to jealousy with their sins which they 3committed, more than all that their fathers had done. 23For they, too, built for themselves 4high places, 5memorial stones, and 67Asherim on every high hill and 8under every luxuriant tree. 24There were also 9male cult prostitutes in the land. They committed 10all the same abominations of the nations which the Lord dispossessed before the sons of Israel.
