1 Corinthians 3:12-17
12Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, 131each one’s work will become evident; for 2the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test 3the quality of each one’s work. 14If anyone’s work which he has built on it remains, he will 4receive a reward. 15If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet only 5so as through fire.
166Do you not know that 7you are a 8temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 17If anyone destroys the 9temple of God, God will destroy 10that person; for the 11temple of God is holy, 12and that is what you are.
