1 Corinthians 15:48-53
48As is the earthy one, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly One, 1so also are those who are heavenly. 49Just as we have 2borne the image of the earthy, 3we 4will also bear the image of the heavenly.
50Now I say this, brothers and sisters, that 5flesh and blood cannot 6inherit the kingdom of God; nor does 7the perishable inherit 89the imperishable. 51Behold, I am telling you a 1011mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be 12changed, 52in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for 13the trumpet will sound, and 14the dead will be raised 15imperishable, and 16we will be changed. 53For this 17perishable must put on 1819the imperishable, and this 20mortal must put on immortality.
