Corinthians 15:3-9

For 1I handed down to you 2as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died 3for our sins 4according to the Scriptures,

and that He was buried, and that He was 5raised on the third day 6according to the Scriptures,

and that 7He appeared to 8 9Cephas, then 10to the twelve.

After that He appeared to more than five hundred brothers and sisters at one time, most of whom remain until now, but some 11have fallen asleep;

then He appeared to 12 13James, then to 14all the apostles;

and last of all, as 15to one untimely born, 16He appeared to me also.

For I am 17the least of the apostles, 18and not fit to be called an apostle, because I 19persecuted the church of God.
