Zephaniah 3:9-20

9For then I will 1give to the peoples 2purified lips, That all of them may 3call on the name of the Lord, To serve Him 4shoulder to shoulder.10From beyond the rivers of 5Ethiopia My 6worshipers, 7My dispersed ones, Will 8bring My offerings.11In that day you will 9feel no shame Because of all your deeds By which you have rebelled against Me; For then I will remove from your midst Your 10proud, exulting ones, And you will never again be haughty On My 11holy mountain.12But I will leave among you A 12humble and lowly people, And they will 13take refuge in the name of the Lord.13The 14remnant of Israel will 15do no wrong And 16tell no lies, Nor will a deceitful tongue Be found in their mouths; For they will 17feed and lie down With no one to make them tremble.”

14Shout for joy, O daughter of Zion! 18Shout in triumph, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem!15The Lord has taken away 19His judgments against you, He has cleared away your enemies. The King of Israel, the Lord, is 20in your midst; You will 21fear disaster no more.16 22In that day it will be said to Jerusalem: “23Do not be afraid, O Zion; 24Do not let your hands fall limp.17The Lord your God is 25in your midst, A 26 27victorious warrior. He will 28exult over you with joy, He will 29be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.18I will gather those who 30grieve about the appointed feasts-- They 31came from you, O Zion; The reproach of exile is a burden on 32them.19Behold, I am going to deal at that time With all your 33oppressors, I will save the 34lame And gather the outcast, And I will turn their 35shame into 36praise and renown In all the earth.20At that time I will 37bring you in, Even at the time when I gather you together; Indeed, I will give you 38renown and praise Among all the peoples of the earth, When I 39restore your fortunes before your eyes,” Says the Lord.
