Ruth 4:4-6
4So I thoughtH559 to 1informH241H1540 you, sayingH559, ‘2BuyH7069 it beforeH5048 those who are sittingH3427 here, and beforeH5048 the eldersH2205 of my peopleH5971. IfH518 you will redeemH1350 it, redeemH1350 it; but ifH518 3not, tellH5046 me that I may knowH3045; for 4thereH369 is noH369 oneH369 but you to redeemH1350 it, and I am afterH310 you.’” And he saidH559, “I will redeemH1350 it.” 5Then BoazH1162 saidH559, “On the dayH3117 you buyH7069 the fieldH7704 from the handH3027 of NaomiH5281, you must also acquireH7069 RuthH7327 the MoabitessH4125, the widowH802 of the deceasedH4191, in order 5to raiseH6965 up the nameH8034 of the deceasedH4191 on his inheritanceH5159.” 66The 7closestH1350 relativeH1350 saidH559, “I cannotH3201H3808 redeemH1350 it for myself, becauseH6435 I would 8jeopardizeH7843 my own inheritanceH5159. RedeemH1350 it for yourself; you may have my rightH1353 of redemptionH1353, for I cannotH3201H3808 redeemH1350 it.”
