Ecclesiastes 5:2-5
21Do not be 2hastyH4116 3in wordH6310 or 4impulsiveH4116 in thoughtH3820 to bringH3318 up a matterH1697 in the presenceH6440 of GodH430. For GodH430 is in heavenH8064 and you are on the earthH776; thereforeH5921H3651 let your 5wordsH1697 be fewH4592. 3For the dreamH2472 comesH935 through muchH7230 6effortH6045 and the voiceH6963 of a 7foolH3684 through manyH7230 wordsH1697.
4WhenH3512 you 8makeH5087 a vowH5088 to GodH430, do not be lateH309 in payingH7999 it; for He takes noH369 delightH2656 in foolsH3684. 9PayH7999 whatH834 you vowH5087! 5It is 10betterH2896 that you should not vowH5087 thanH4480 that you should vowH5087 and not payH7999.
