Song of Songs 4:3-11

3Your lips are like a 1scarlet thread, And your 2mouth is lovely. Your 3temples are like a slice of a pomegranate Behind your veil.4Your 4neck is like the tower of David, Built 5with rows of stones On which are 6hung a thousand shields, All the round 7shields of the mighty men.5Your 8two breasts are like two fawns, Twins of a gazelle Which 9feed among the lilies.610Until 11the cool of the day When the shadows flee away, I will go my way to the mountain of 12myrrh And to the hill of 13frankincense.

7“14You are altogether beautiful, my darling, And there is no blemish in you.8Come with me from 15Lebanon, my 16bride, May you come with me from Lebanon. 17Journey down from the summit of 18Amana, From the summit of 19Senir and Hermon, From the dens of lions, From the mountains of leopards.9You have made my heart beat faster, 20my sister, my bride; You have made my heart beat faster with a single glance of your eyes, With a single strand of your 21necklace.1022How beautiful is your love, my sister, my bride! How much 23better is your love than wine, And the 24fragrance of your oils Than all kinds of 25spices!11Your lips, my bride, 26drip 27honey; Honey and milk are under your tongue, And the fragrance of your garments is like the 28fragrance of Lebanon.
