Romans 8:16-26
16The Spirit Himself 1testifies with our spirit that we are 2children of God, 17and if children, 3heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, 4if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.
18For I consider that the sufferings of this present time 5are not worthy to be compared with the 6glory that is to be revealed to us. 19For the 7anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for 8the revealing of the 9sons of God. 20For the creation 10was subjected to 11futility, not willingly, but 12because of Him who subjected it, 13in hope 21that 14the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. 22For we know that the whole creation 15groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. 2316And not only this, but also we ourselves, having 17the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves 18groan within ourselves, 19waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, 20the redemption of our body. 24For 21in hope we have been saved, but 22hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? 25But 23if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it.
26In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for 24we do not know how to pray as we should, but 25the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words;
