Romans 1:20-28
20For 1since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, 2being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. 21For even though they knew God, they did not 3honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became 4futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 225Professing to be wise, they became fools, 23and 6exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and 7crawling creatures.
24Therefore 8God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be 9dishonored among them. 25For they exchanged the truth of God for 10a 11lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, 12who is blessed 13forever. Amen.
26For this reason 14God gave them over to 15degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is 16unnatural, 27and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, 17men with men committing 18indecent acts and receiving in 19their own persons the due penalty of their error.
28And just as they did not see fit 20to acknowledge God any longer, 21God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper,
