Ephesians 3:5-21
5which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy 1apostles and prophets 2in the Spirit; 6to be specific, that the Gentiles are 3fellow heirs and 4fellow members of the body, and 5fellow partakers of the promise in 6Christ Jesus through the gospel, 77of which I was made a 8minister, according to the gift of 9God’s grace which was given to me 10according to the working of His power. 8To me, 11the very least of all 12saints, this grace was given, to 13preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable 14riches of Christ, 9and to 15bring to light what is the administration of the 16mystery which for ages has been 17hidden in God 18who created all things; 10so that the manifold 19wisdom of God might now be 20made known through the church to the 21rulers and the authorities in 22the heavenly places. 11This was in 23accordance with the 24eternal purpose which He 25carried out in 26Christ Jesus our Lord, 12in whom we have boldness and 2728confident 29access through faith 30in Him. 13Therefore I ask 31you not 32to lose heart at my tribulations 33on your behalf, 34for they are your glory.
14For this reason I 35bow my knees before the Father, 15from whom 36every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, 16that He would grant you, according to 37the riches of His glory, to be 38strengthened with power through His Spirit in 39the inner man, 17so that 40Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being 41rooted and 42grounded in love, 18may be able to comprehend with 43all the 44saints what is 45the breadth and length and height and depth, 19and to know 46the love of Christ which 47surpasses knowledge, that you may be 48filled up to all the 49fullness of God.
2050Now to Him who is 51able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, 52according to the power that works within us, 2153to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations 54forever and ever. Amen.
