Judges 2:16-17
16Then the LORDH3068 raised upH6965 judgesH8199,1 who saved themH3467 from the handsH3027 of those who plundered themH8154.
17Israel, howeverH1571, did notH3808 listenH8085 toH413 their judgesH8199. InsteadH3588, they prostitutedH2181 themselves withH310 otherH312 godsH430 and bowed downH7812 to them. They quicklyH4118 turnedH5493 fromH4480 the wayH1870 of their fathersH1, who had walkedH1980 in obedienceH8085 to the LORD’sH3068 commandmentsH4687; they did notH3808 do as their fathersH6213H3651 had done.
