8O LORDH3068, we are coveredH6440 with shameH1322—our kingsH4428, our leadersH8269, and our fathersH1—becauseH834 we have sinnedH2398 against You.
9To the LordH136 our GodH430 belong compassionH7356 and forgivenessH5547, even thoughH3588 we have rebelledH4775 against Him 10and have notH3808 obeyedH8085 the voiceH6963 of the LORDH3068 our GodH430 to walkH1980 in His lawsH8451, whichH834 He setH5414 before usH6440 throughH3027 His servantsH5650 the prophetsH5030.
11AllH3605 IsraelH3478 has transgressedH5674 Your lawH8451 and turned awayH5493, refusingH1115 to obeyH8085 Your voiceH6963; so the oathH423 and the curseH7621 writtenH3789 in the LawH8451 of MosesH4872 the servantH5650 of GodH430 has been poured outH5413 on usH5921, becauseH3588 we have sinnedH2398 against You.
