Daniel 9:3-7
3So I turned my attentionH5414 toH413 the LordH136 GodH430 to seek HimH1245 by prayerH8605 and petitionH8469, with fastingH6685, sackclothH8242, and ashesH665.
4And I prayedH6419 to the LORDH3068 my GodH430 and confessedH3034H559, “OH577, LordH136, the greatH1419 and awesomeH3372 GodH410, who keepsH8104 His covenantH1285 of loving devotionH26171 to those who love HimH157 and keepH8104 His commandmentsH4687, 5we have sinnedH2398 and done wrongH5753. We have acted wickedlyH7561 and rebelledH4775. We have turned awayH5493 from Your commandmentsH4687 and ordinancesH4941. 6We have notH3808 listenedH8085 toH413 Your servantsH5650 the prophetsH5030, whoH834 spokeH1696 in Your nameH8034 toH413 our kingsH4428, leadersH8269, fathersH1, andH413 allH3605 the peopleH5971 of the landH776.
7To You, O LordH136, belongs righteousnessH6666, but thisH2088 dayH3117 we are coveredH6440 with shameH1322—the menH376 of JudahH3063, the peopleH3427 of JerusalemH3389, and allH3605 IsraelH3478 nearH7138 and farH7350, in allH3605 the countriesH776 to whichH834 You have driven usH5080H8033 because of our unfaithfulnessH4604 to You.
