15Then panicH2731 struckH1961 the Philistines in the campH4264, in the fieldH7704, and among allH3605 the peopleH5971. Even those in the outpostsH4673 and raiding partiesH7843 trembledH2729. IndeedH1571H1992, the earthH776 quakedH7264, and panicH2731 spreadH1961 from GodH430.1
16Now when Saul’sH7586 watchmenH6822 at GibeahH1390 in BenjaminH1144 lookedH7200 and sawH2009 the troopsH1995 melting awayH4127 and scatteringH1980 in every directionH1988,2 17SaulH7586 saidH559 to the troopsH5971 whoH834 were with himH854, “Call the rollH6485H4994 and seeH7200 whoH4310 has leftH1980 usH5973.”
And when they had called the rollH6485, they sawH2009 that JonathanH3129 and his armor-bearerH5375H3627 were notH369 there.
18Then SaulH7586 saidH559 to AhijahH281, “BringH5066 the arkH727 of GodH430.” (ForH3588 at thatH1931 timeH3117 itH727H430 wasH1961 with the IsraelitesH1121H3478.)3 19WhileH5704 SaulH7586 was talkingH1696 toH413 the priestH3548, the commotionH1995 in the PhilistineH6430 campH4264 continued toH1980 increaseH7227. So SaulH7586 saidH559 toH413 the priestH3548, “WithdrawH622 your handH3027.”
