Revised Version 1895
Isaiah 62:1-5
1For Zion’sH6726 sakeH4616 will I notH3808 hold my peaceH8252, and for Jerusalem’sH3389 sakeH4616 I will notH3808 restH8252, untilH5704 herH5704 righteousnessH6664 goH3318 forthH3318 as brightnessH5051, and herH5704 salvationH3444 as a lamp that burneth.
2And the nationsH1471 shall seeH7200 thy righteousnessH6664, and allH3605 kingsH4428 thy gloryH3519: and thou shalt be calledH7121 by a newH2319 nameH8034, whichH834 the mouthH6310 of the LORDH3068 shall nameH8034.
3Thou shalt also be a crownH5850 of beautyH8597 in the handH3027 of the LORDH3068, and a royalH4410 diademH6797 in the handH3027 of thy GodH430.
4Thou shalt noH3808 moreH5750 be termed Forsaken; neitherH3808 shall thy landH776 anyH5750 moreH5750 be termed DesolateH8077: but thou shalt be calledH7121 Hephzi-bah, and thy landH776 Beulah: for the LORDH3068 delighteth in thee, and thy landH776 shall be marriedH1166.
5For as a youngH1121 manH1121 marrieth a virginH1330, soH3588 shall thy sonsH1121 marryH1166 thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the brideH3618, soH3588 shall thy GodH430 rejoiceH7797 over thee.
