Revised Version 1895
Isaiah 29:15-21
15WoeH1945 unto them that seekH7200 deepH6009 to hideH5641 their counselH6098 from the LORDH3068, and their worksH4639 are in the darkH4285, and they sayH559, Who seeth usH3045? and who knoweth usH3045?
16Ye turnH995 things upside downH3588! Shall the potterH3335 be countedH2803 as clay; that the thingH3588 madeH6213 should sayH559 of him that madeH6213 it, He madeH6213 meH995 notH3808; or the thingH3588 framed sayH559 of him that framed it, He hath noH3808 understandingH995?
17Is it notH3808 yet a veryH4213 littleH4592 whileH5750, and LebanonH3844 shall be turnedH7725 intoH7725 a fruitfulH3759 fieldH3759, and the fruitfulH3759 fieldH3759 shall be countedH2803 for a forestH3293?
18And in that dayH3117 shall the deafH2795 hearH8085 the wordsH1697 of the bookH5612, and the eyesH5869 of the blindH5787 shall seeH7200 outH7200 of obscurityH2822 and outH7200 of darknessH2822.
19The meek also shall increaseH3254 their joyH8057 in the LORDH3068, and the poorH34 among menH120 shall rejoiceH1523 in the HolyH6918 One of IsraelH3478.
20For the terrible one is broughtH3615 to nought, and the scorner ceaseth, and allH3605 they that watchH8245 for iniquityH205 are cutH3772 offH3772:
21that makeH3198 a manH120 an offender in a causeH1697, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gateH8179, and turnH5186 asideH5186 the justH1697 with a thingH1697 of nought.
