14With kingsמְ֭לָכִיםMe.la.khimH4428and counsellorsוְיֹ֣עֲצֵיve.Yo.'a.tzeiH3289of the earthאָ֑רֶץ'A.retzH776,which builtהַבֹּנִ֖יםha.bo.NimH1129desolate placesחֳרָב֣וֹתcho.ra.VotH2723for themselves;

15Or with princesשָׂ֭רִיםSa.rimH8269that had goldזָהָ֣בza.HavH2091,who filledהַֽמְמַלְאִ֖יםha.mal.'ImH4390their housesבָּתֵּיהֶ֣םba.tei.HemH1004with silverכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701:

16Or as an hiddenטָ֭מוּןTa.munH2934untimely birthכְנֵ֣פֶלkhe.Ne.felH5309I had not been; as infantsכְּ֝עֹלְלִ֗יםke.'o.le.LimH5768whichnever sawרָ֥אוּRa.'uH7200lightאֽוֹר׃'orH216.
