Zechariah 8:9-19

9“The LordH3068 of armiesH6635 saysH559 thisH3541: ‘Let your handsH3027 be 1strongH2388, you who are listeningH8085 in theseH428 daysH3117 to theseH428 wordsH1697 from the mouthH6310 of the 2prophetsH5030, those whoH834 spoke in the dayH3117 that the foundationH3245 of the houseH1004 of the LordH3068 of armiesH6635 was laidH3245, so that the templeH1964 might be builtH1129. 10For beforeH6440 thoseH1992 daysH3117 there was 3noH3808 wageH7939 for manH120 norH369 any wageH7939 for animalH929; and for him who wentH3318 outH3318 or cameH935 inH935 thereH369 wasH369 noH369 45peaceH7965 becauseH4480 of 6his enemiesH6862, and I 7sentH7971 allH3605 the peopleH120 against oneH376 anotherH7453. 11But nowH6258 I will 8not 9treat the remnantH7611 of thisH2088 peopleH5971 as in the formerH7223 daysH3117,’ declaresH5002 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635. 12‘For there will be 10the seedH2233 of peaceH7965: the vineH1612 will yieldH5414 its fruitH6529, the landH776 will yieldH5414 its produceH2981, and the heavensH8064 will provideH5414 their 11dewH2919; and I will giveH5157 to the remnantH7611 of thisH2088 peopleH5971 12allH3605 theseH428 things asH5157 anH5157 inheritanceH5157. 13And it will comeH1961 aboutH1961 that justH3512 asH3512 you were a 13curseH7045 among the nationsH1471, houseH1004 of JudahH3063 and houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, soH3651 I will saveH3467 you that you may becomeH1961 a 14blessingH1293. Do not fearH3372; let your 15handsH3027 be strongH2388.’

14“For thisH3541 isH3541 whatH3541 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635 saysH559: ‘JustH3512 asH3512 I 16determinedH2161 to doH7489 harmH7489 to you when your fathersH1 provokedH7107 Me toH7107 angerH7107,’ saysH559 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635, ‘and I have not 17relentedH5162, 15soH3651 I have againH7725 determinedH2161 in theseH428 daysH3117 to 18doH3190 goodH3190 to JerusalemH3389 and to the houseH1004 of JudahH3063. 19Do not fearH3372! 16TheseH428 are the thingsH1697 whichH834 you shall doH6213: speakH1696 the 20truthH571 to oneH376 anotherH7453; 21judgeH8199 with truthH571 and judgmentH4941 for peaceH7965 at your 22gatesH8179. 17Also let noneH376H408 of you 23deviseH2803 evilH7463 in your heartH3824 against anotherH7453, and do not loveH157 2425perjuryH7621H8267; for allH3605 theseH428 things are whatH834 I 26hateH8130,’ declaresH5002 the LordH3068.”

18Then the wordH1697 of the LordH3068 of armiesH6635 cameH1961 to me, sayingH559, 19“The LordH3068 of armiesH6635 saysH559 thisH3541: ‘The fastH6685 of the 27fourthH7243, the fastH6685 of the 28fifthH2549, the fastH6685 of the 29seventhH7637, and the fastH6685 of the 30tenthH6224 months will becomeH1961 31joyH8342, jubilationH8057, and 32cheerfulH2896 festivalsH4150 for the houseH1004 of JudahH3063; so 33loveH157 truthH571 and peaceH7965.’
