Nahum 2:1-4

1 1The one who 2scatters has come up against 3you. Keep watch over the fortress, watch the road; 4Bind up your waist, 5summon all your strength.2For the Lord will restore the 6splendor of Jacob 7Like the splendor of Israel, Even though destroyers have laid waste to them And 8ruined their vines.

3The shields of 9his warriors are dyed red, The warriors are dressed in 10scarlet, The chariots are fitted with 11flashing steel 12When he is prepared to march, And the juniper 13spears are brandished.4The 14chariots drive wildly in the streets, They rush around in the 15public squares; Their appearance is like torches, They drive back and forth like lightning flashes.
