Matthew 3:5-8

5At that time Jerusalem 1was going out to him, and all Judea and all 2the region around the Jordan; 6and they were being 3baptized by him in the Jordan River, as they confessed their sins.

7But when he saw many of the 4Pharisees and 5Sadducees coming for 6baptism, he said to them, “You 78offspring of vipers, who warned you to flee from 9the wrath to come? 810Therefore produce fruit 11consistent with repentance;
