Matthew 27:28-31
28And they stripped Him and 1put a red 2cloak on Him. 293And after twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and put a 4reed in His right hand; and they knelt down before Him and mocked Him, saying, “5Hail, King of the Jews!” 30And 6they spit on Him, and took the reed and beat Him on the head. 317And after they had mocked Him, they took the cloak off Him and put His own garments back on Him, and led Him away to crucify Him.
