Mark 9:42-50

42“1Whoever causes one of these 2little ones who believe in Me to 3sin, it is better for him if a heavy millstone is hung around his neck and he 4is thrown into the sea.

43And 5if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life maimed, than, having your two hands, to go into 67hell, into the 8unquenchable fire.9

45And if your foot is causing you to sin, cut it off; it is better for you to enter life without a foot, than, having your two feet, to be thrown into 1011hell.12

47And 13if your eye is causing you to sin, throw it away; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than, having two eyes, to be thrown into 1415hell,

4816where their worm does not die, and 17the fire is not extinguished.

49For everyone will be salted with fire.

50Salt is good; but 18if the salt becomes unsalty, with what will you 19make it salty again? 20Have salt in yourselves, and 21be at peace with one another.”
