Luke 24:32-36
32They said to one another, “1Were our hearts not burning within us when He was speaking to us on the road, while He 2was 3explaining the Scriptures to us?” 33And they got up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and 4found the eleven gathered together and 5those who were with them, 34saying, “6The Lord has really risen and 7has appeared to Simon!” 35They began to relate 8their experiences on the road, and how 9He was recognized by them at the breaking of the bread.
36Now while they were telling these things, 10Jesus Himself suddenly stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be to you.”
