Hosea 6:4-7
4What shall I do with you, 1Ephraim? What shall I do with you, Judah? For your loyalty is like a 2morning cloud, And like the dew which goes away early.5Therefore I have 3cut them in pieces by the prophets; I have slain them by the 4words of My mouth; And the judgments on you are like the light that 5shines.6For 6I 7desire loyalty 8rather than sacrifice, And the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.7But 9like 10Adam they have 11violated the covenant; There they have 12dealt treacherously with Me.
